ReViVe Aged Care Volunteer Program, Prince of Wales Hospital (Sydney). We have a focus on supporting older people who are confused and admitted to the aged care wards, or are in the Emergency Department. Activities in music and creativity are also offered in the aged care rehabilitation ward.
