Volunteering Australia is the peak national body working to advance volunteering in the Australian community. Its role is to represent the diverse views and needs of the volunteer movement while promoting the activity of volunteering as one of enduring social, cultural and economic value.
Volunteering Australia exists to raise the profile of volunteering in Australia and to ensure that the contribution volunteering makes to civil society is recognised and accounted for.
