Prahran Place is a not-for-profit community-based organisation and a member of Neighbourhood Houses Victoria. We are located in the Grattan Gardens Community Centre. We aim to connect people across Prahran to create a stronger, resilient, and healthier community. We help people find the right resources through our services or referring them to other services. We provide courses that help people learn, connect and feel supported.
