• Can assist residents by providing a range of services to older people, people with disabilities and their Carers to enable them to maintain dignity and independence living within their own home • Supports Seniors Clubs and provides Volunteering opportunities • Eligible residents are assisted to maintain and improve their personal wellbeing and quality of life including assistance with short-term restorative care. This service is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and Victorian Governments and Frankston City Council.
