*Apex is a Volunteer Community Service Organisation that offers active Australians aged 18+ an opportunity to help those in need, make new friends, develop themselves and gain new skills!
Apex Geraldton volunteers work to provide hands on assistance to those less fortunate, promote international understanding through opportunities for overseas work parties, and contribute resources to causes as varied as cancer research, sausage sizzles, helping the elderly, supporting community events and environmental protection.
Some examples of what we do are:
- Garden clean-ups for those who are unable to do it themselves
- Assist with setup and organisation of events and equipment
- Donate to charities
- Hold regular social gatherings and meetings
- Enjoy the camaraderie and common goal of helping others
- Roadside and reserve clean-ups
- Driver revival awareness
Membership of Apex is open to anyone aged 18 and over. Apex Geraldton will offer you plenty of opportunities to help others, make new friends, and gain skills in public speaking, leadership, and communication.
