Cancer Council's Relay For Life is all about celebrating the courage of local people affected by cancer and spreading hope. It is a unique event where teams of up to 20 people challenge themselves to take turns to keep a baton moving in a relay style walk or run overnight to symbolise that cancer never sleeps.

Events are a hive of energy, colour and excitement all powered by passionate members of the community. They are the volunteer organising committee and are ultimately responsible for making the event possible.

There are a variety of roles to suit all skills and personalities so really, it's about finding one that you love, grabbing hold of it and making it your own.
