LiveArts @ Newland is an engagement with the community, proudly providing live performances at Newland Uniting Church to the wider community.

We are currently looking for Volunteer Ushers to help at these events.

The role includes: opening the building, turning on heating and cooling, checking restrooms are clean and well stocked, selling and checking tickets, welcoming guests and directing them to their seats, providing audience members with programs (as appropriate), tending to the audience members comfort and safety, assisting patrons in finding the restrooms, food and beverage facilities, and exits.

Volunteers must have good communication skills and be friendly, approachable, and willing to assist others.

Time required: Sunday once a month from 1pm to 4pm.
