Albion Community Garden is located at Kororoit Creek Neighbourhood House and includes a perennial edible garden, veggie wicking beds and native gardens.

Edible garden volunteers help manage spaces in the garden including planting, weeding, mulching, composting and harvesting; as well as contributing to ongoing plans to improve and enhance our garden spaces.

Skills & Experience

  • Love of growing plants, particularly edible fruits and veggies
  • Interest in sustainability and urban food production
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Keenness to learn more and gain new skills

Our garden produce is shared with the community with the aim of supporting community members who are food insecure to increase their access to fresh, healthy food.
