About the role

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • On-boarding process of survivor referrals
  • On-boarding process of volunteers
  • General reporting, filing, assessments
  • Data entry
  • Reviewing and collating class reports
  • Class scheduling

About you

  • Passionate about our cause
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information and issues sensitively
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Good time management
  • Flexible
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Google Forms and Sheets is required
  • Experience working in an office or school is essential
  • Solid experience in administration role
