Garden Care Assistants needed in Canterbury-Bankstown + Inner West

Who? Our Canterbury Community Centre's Garden Care Service converts gardens to become low maintenance for elderly residents so that they can continue to live independently in their own homes.

How? Visiting gardens throughout the week, experienced and friendly Horticulturalists will help and guide you with weeding, mulching, pruning and making the garden safe, accessible and tidy.

When? Teams commence work from from 9 am and finish at 12pm Mondays to Fridays.

Where? We work in Gardens in some suburbs across the Inner West and Canterbury Bankstown local government areas.

Who can volunteer? If you're over 18, reliable, available and interested in gardening, we would love to have you join us.

* You would need to be able to transport yourself to and from the gardens.
