Waiters/waitresses take orders and serve food and drinks to Mathers House dining room guests. They may perform the following tasks:

• take reservations
• set tables
• welcome and seat customers
• talk to customers about the menu and drinks
• take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff
• serve food and drinks
• follow direction of the Mathers House Support Assistant
• clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to kitchen

• Pack and unpack tables and chairs daily
