Toy Library Session Assistant

Volunteers are required to assist with toy returns including checking that all pieces are returned complete. Toys need to be returned to the correct shelves and often the shelves need tidying during busy sessions. Volunteers may assist with new toys by numbering pieces and assisting with laminating and packaging items. Toys may need to be cleaned and repackaged as necessary. Generally keeping the toy library floor clear and safe for our members to navigate. Volunteers need to be able to read and speak English and be able to move toys onto shelves (no heavy lifting). All sessions are supervised by our toy library coordinator. The toy library is a fun environment for children and their carers to visit, come along and make a difference to our community.
