In this role, you will closely collaborate with group facilitators to ensure the smooth and effective running of group sessions, ultimately enhancing the experience for all participants. Your support will be crucial in creating an atmosphere where everyone can thrive and benefit from the sessions.
You will also have the opportunity to offer personalised one-on-one attention to clients as needed. This individualised support will help foster meaningful connections and address the specific needs of each participant, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Additionally, you will encourage and facilitate social interaction among group members. By creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, you will promote camaraderie and engagement, helping to strengthen relationships within the group and enriching the overall experience for everyone involved.
