Commercial Kitchen Helper/Food Preparer - Niagara Park

This kitchen can be quite busy with preparing food for events onsite as well as assisting school groups with learning how to cook (school term only). On quieter days produce from the garden can be preserved into jams, relishes and chutneys and drinks made such as ginger beer. There is also a dehydrator that can be used to dry seeds and herbs for sale in the gift shop. Other duties will include making toasties and general cleaning up.
