Donation Coordinator

Make a difference by helping coordinate donations of goods from the public and ensuring that they are provided to homeless members of our community or those struggling financially.
The role entails helping to match donations to people in need, responding to requests from donors to donate items, liaising with our charity partners who have clients in need of donations and managing spreadsheets of donations and item requests.
You will work remotely, from home, and you will need to have good written communication skills, experience in working with online spreadsheets and the ability to work with online email systems.
The time commitment is flexible, approximately 1 hour every second day.
Training will be conducted at DonateDirect so it is preferable that the volunteer resides in Melbourne.
