People & Culture Manager (HR Manager)
About you:
You are an experienced HR Manager looking to give back to the community, and passionate about what you do. Leading the way for our People & Culture department, you will create and expand our team as required.
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or employee relations
- At Least 5 years experience
- Proven high level organisational skills
- Problem solving skills
- High degree of experience in Recruitment processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Volunteering Requirements within Victoria
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, and Xero
- Looking for a challenge
