You’ll be making a difference when volunteering with us. The work that you do will be helping change the lives of children. All profits from our store support vulnerable kids here in Australia and overseas through programs that keep them healthy, in school and protected from abuse.

(Over 18 yr olds)

1. The role of Retail Shop Assistant involves:
   1. Opening and closing the Store as required
   2. Be responsible for the key and cash-up procedures
   3. Processing sales on register – cash and eftpos
   4. Sorting and categorising donations
   5. Pricing, hanging and displaying stock
   6. Filling shop displays from excess in backroom
   7. Customer Service – greeting and assisting customers
   8. General housekeeping duties
   9. Organise for returns to be sent back to the Warehouse
   10. Maintaining an organized and tidy back room
