Front Line Customer Service

You will need to have a 'Can Do' attitude have excellent interpersonal skills and be empathetic. You will need to be willing to take on many different roles in this position, the first one will be liaising with customers, follow procedure by checking customers shopping card against file information. The second will require you at carry out the point of sale which is you need to calculate and deduct costs of food then enter into the computer and use the EFTPOS machine. The third will require you on the weigh bridge which is where you will weigh the products for customers checking out and you will also need to have a loud voice to communicate with the point of sale person. When there is no customers to serve you will be sorting and checking stock, stocking shelves and general cleaning. In this position will need to learn the prices and limits and have knowledge of the products sold.
