• Customer Service: Engage with guests, answer their questions, and provide information about our offerings.
• Ticket and Merchandise Sales: Handle cash sales for tickets, souvenirs, and refreshments, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Sales Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling sales at the end of the day to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• General Administrative Support: Help with various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Shop Presentation: Maintain an inviting and organized shop environment to enhance the customer experience.
