Zone Program Assistant Volunteer

We are seeking Volunteers to work alongside staff to deliver a range of engagement activities to young people and community members that use the Zone Youth Space and other facilities across Kwinana. This is an active position requiring volunteers to assist in the facilitation and supervision of activities as well as encouraging young people to engage and participate in activities. There will be an opportunity to engage in consultation activities. The volunteer commitment may be ongoing or a one off event as desired. This would be an excellent opportunity for students currently studying Youth Work or considering a career in Youth Work. Specifically, this volunteer role will see you engaging with users of a variety of Zone programs. The role includes assisting staff with program participants, helping participants during the program, setting up and packing down the space, and preparing resources or snacks for the program as directed by staff.
