Gift of Bread is a volunteer food rescue charity that builds community. We collect fresh unsold bread from bakeries and share it with those who need it.

This role will manage a range of tasks, including:

• monitor bread and bag quality,

• safely manage movement of crates and dollies through store and loading areas,

• read and follow written instructions,

• consolidate and verify bread consignments,

• reduce and eliminate waste,

• ensure compliance with all food safety procedures

This role requires some lifting, ability to follow standard operating procedures and to work autonomously. Job share, daily morning shift available.
