Volunteer Referral Officer

We're looking for a volunteer to join our team! If you're passionate about making a difference in the community and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Assist community members looking for a volunteer role. Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner. Follow up with community members who submitted their Expression of Interest forms. Data entry into a volunteer database (VIKTOR) with high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Friendly and positive outlook. Previous experience in an office and administration setting highly regarded. Must be a City of Rockingham resident.
