Concierge - Front of Op Shop Gawler

The Op Shop Concierge greets customers and assists them where necessary. Accepts donations from customers and assists them to bring items from their vehicle if required.
Other tasks include:
- Monitoring stock to ensure a good variety and consistent pricing.
- Hang and display stock as it is brought in from the donation/sorting area.
- Ensure that clothes racks and items are displayed in a manner that optimises presentation.
- Monitor and shelve books in appropriate sections.
- Sweep floor and dust bric-a-brac regularly.
- Vacuum where needed.
- Ensure dressing rooms are kept clean, neat and tidy, returning any items to racks. * Complete tasks as per Daily Task sheet.
- Assist in donation sorting area and serve at the service counter as required.
Skills required:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Understanding of presentation and display of goods
- Honest and trustworthy
- Pleasant, non-judgmental, empathetic manner
- Ability to work as a team member and unsupervised.
- Adhere to GCH code of conduct in dress, language and behaviour.
