Are you a people organiser and a great communicator? The Hub 6163 is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Co-Coordinator to join our team.
As our Volunteer Co-Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our team, ensuring our generous volunteers are recruited, well-placed, supported, and recognised for their hard work.
This position will be vital in helping the Hub to run smoothly and achieve its aim of supporting the local community, through the recruitment, support, recognition of, and liaison with, present and potential Hub volunteers.
** Key Tasks **
- Source and recruit volunteers to support Hub activities
- Develop an onboarding process for volunteers
- Arrange appropriate volunteer training
- Maintain a database of volunteers
- Roster volunteers
- Communicate frequently with volunteers to ensure they are satisfied and well-placed
- Share information for upcoming volunteer opportunities and events
- Liaise with the committee regarding volunteer trends and issues
- Celebrate volunteering achievements and share volunteer stories
