Role: Volunteer Bowling Buddy When: Thursdays Time: 10.00am-11.30am or 1.30pm - 2.45pm Where: Onslow Gardens, Subiaco
About the Role: Ten-pin bowling is a beloved activity at Onslow Gardens, and we need a passionate volunteer to assist our Therapy Assistant team. You’ll help with setting up and packing down, providing wheelchair assistance, and most importantly, creating a lively and supportive atmosphere for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Help set up and pack down for the bowling sessions
- Assist with wheelchair support, as needed
- Cheer on and encourage residents throughout the activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and clear communication skills
- A positive, encouraging attitude
- Physical fitness to help with wheelchairs and setting up
