Willunga Girl Guides - Guide Leaders and Ongoing Volunteers

For girls aged 5 to 17 who love having fun and trying new things! Willunga Girl Guides meet in the Old Show Hall on Main Road, Willunga every Thursday during school terms from 5.30pm to 7pm. We offer leadership and personal development opportunities through the Australian Guide Program. In addition to our regular meetings girls enjoy camps, excursions and participation in community events.

We welcome female volunteers aged 18 and over!

Our commitment options are flexible, and you'll be joining a wonderful team that's excited to work with you. If you enjoy empowering, supporting and guiding girls and young women through fun activities, adventures and life skills development, while having your own fun and personal journey along the way, then Willunga Girl Guides is the place for you! We have openings for:

• Unit Leaders Guide Leaders come from all sectors of the community and are trained volunteers who enjoy sharing their time and empowering with young people. Training provided within the organisation equips you with valuable skills - not only for helping to run the unit but also transferable to many other areas of life. Unit Leaders work together as a team, sharing the responsibility and accountability for planning and running all unit activities.

• Ongoing Volunteers An Ongoing Volunteer is a female adult working to assist the unit, either on a casual basis or regularly.
