We are looking for a friendly and warm hearted person to come join our amazing team in Bentleigh.

Sacred Heart Mission is a local Melbourne charity focused on elevating disadvantage, social exclusion, and homelessness. Volunteering in our Op Shops is absolutely crucial to the rest of the Mission as they provide the funding that allows our other services to run.

Bentleigh's location means its frequented by many loyal customers and building up a good culture and professional relationship with them is vital to the stores success. The store gets many great donations that the staff team need to power through and volunteers assist in getting the goods out onto the shop floor for sale. We are looking for hardworking individuals with a good sense of humour as there is always fun to be had and lots of laughing when you enter the store.

Responsibilities:

• Help provide a welcoming atmosphere

• Make the store look presentable

• Provide fantastic customer service

• Work the till

• Be part of a wonderful op shop team and most importantly have fun!!

  The role is suitable for Centrelink participants. Police checks required.
