Are you passionate about supporting older people to live their best lives? If you have a friendly, positive and can-do attitude, come and join the Community care team in the City of Swan. Community Care has 2 Day Clubs, in Midland and Beechboro open Monday to Friday, that focus on person-centred activities.
You can support club members to undertake and extensive variety of activities including exercise programs, craft, socialising and regular outings to local places of interest. You will support the Community Care team assisting on the minibus to collect people from home and bring them safely and comfortably to the club and return them home again at the end of the day.
