Our mission is to enable people with disabilities throughout Victoria to experience enjoyment, challenge and a sense of achievement through participation in equestrian activities to improve their quality of life, attain personal goals and develop life skills.

Our services depend on hundreds of passionate volunteers – and we need more! Volunteering opportunities are endless. We welcome volunteers between the ages of 15-85 years of age. Volunteers are required for horse handling, rider assistants, administration and other roles. The hours will depend on when the riding centre is open for lessons.

Volunteers must demonstrate that they are physically capable of performing the duties they are allocated. Experience with horses and with people with disabilities is desirable but not essential. We can offer training in the variety of roles that you may perform.

The role is Centrelink approved for eligible participants. Short term roles and out of business hours roles are available at some locations. Volunteers aged 12 and over, volunteers with a disability or with limited English are welcome to apply. Police and Working with Children Checks required.
