Playgroup Volunteer

The Playgroup is a fun relaxed children's program that enables parents and guardians the opportunity to interact with their children while they participate in fun activities and games. With loads of play & sports equipment available, children have the opportunity to have fun, be creative and interact with other children in a relaxed and friendly environment.
We are seeking reliable volunteers who enjoy talking to and interacting with caregivers and kids, are able to participate in moving and lifting children’s play equipment, love being a part of a community program and can work well in a small team.
- Assist with the set up and pack up of all the playgroup equipment for each session and activities
- Assist with organising activities
- Participate in craft activities with the children each session
- Interact with children and caregivers, talking to them and making everyone feel welcome and included during the sessions
Lefevre Playgroup is on every Monday and Thursday, 8:15am-12:00pm at Lefevre Community Stadium with vacancies open for Thursday sessions.
