SMILE SQUAD at Ronald McDonald Family Room - Mackay

As a valued member of our Smile Squad, your role will involve:

• Warmly welcoming families from all walks of life into the Family Room with compassion and friendliness
• Offer basic hospitality: such as making tea and coffee, helping families navigate Family Room facilities
• Supporting with light housekeeping, including general tidying and making beds in the sleeping rooms
• Being dependable: committing to your scheduled shifts or giving advanced notice (where possible) if changes are needed
• Represent the Charity positively at all times by being respectful, courteous and professional
• Being open to learning and growing in your role as a volunteer

• Be reliable, trustworthy and approachable
