VMCH is looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to join our team at the Balwyn Boutique Opportunity Shop. Whether you're passionate about fashion, books, homewares, sustainability or simply enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to welcome you to our volunteer team.
Our boutique Op Shop offers quality pre-loved clothing, books, homewares, bric-a-brac and soft furnishings, giving treasured items a second life while raising funds to support people in our community.
As a Retail Sales Assistant Volunteer, you'll help create a warm and welcoming shopping experience by:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Helping merchandise and display stock
- Restocking shelves and organising donations
- Operating the cash register (full training provided)
- Keeping the shop tidy and inviting
- Sharing your passion for fashion, books, vintage finds, or sustainable shopping
