At HammondCare, we invite you to share your love of music with our residents living with dementia — and experience the incredible joy that comes from making a heartfelt connection. Volunteers can be solo artists or groups.
Whether you play the piano, strum the guitar, sing, or simply love to share a tune, your music can brighten someone’s day in ways words cannot.
You might find yourself tapping along to old favourites, sparking smiles and laughter, or creating moments of calm and comfort through song.
Our residents enjoy all kinds of music — from classical and jazz to country, rock’n’roll, and timeless hits from the 1930s onwards.
