AI Data Research Assistant Volunteer

Join our mission-driven team at World Literacy Foundation as an AI Data Research Assistant and help support the day-to-day operations that drive positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry, Lead Generation and update records, databases, and contact lists.

• Collect and extract data from websites, databases, and online platforms using manual and automated methods.

• Enter, organise, and maintain accurate data records in spreadsheets, databases, and data management systems.

• Review and validate datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify data errors and recommend improvements to data collection processes.

• Maintain documentation of data sources, processes, and quality checks.

Skills and Experience

• Experience with data entry, online research, and data management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Familiarity with Internet and Google Chrome is a plus
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• International Student Welcome.
