Demonstrated organic gardening skills and an interest in permaculture; Coordination of general volunteers with range of relevant skills; knowledge of garden tools. You will be involved in planning broader systems (swales, gardens, orchards, animals, composting etc) and the specifics of such things as intensive vegetable gardens, crop rotation, companion planting and growing from seed. Local knowledge or willingness to tap into it. maintaining the garden and grounds and including forest regeneration.
