FUN TIMES AHEAD – SPOTS WILL FILL FAST!

Love the buzz of a vibrant community event? Want to give back while having an absolute blast? This is your chance to be part of something magical!

Following the huge success of last year’s event, Minda’s Community Christmas Carols & Markets is back – and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!

This joyful day isn’t just about carols and candy canes – it’s a feel-good fundraiser, with every dollar raised going toward supporting South Australians with intellectual disability. By volunteering, you're not just giving your time – you're helping to create brighter futures and build a more inclusive community.

Last year, over 5,000 visitors joined the fun – and this year, we’re ready to go even bigger. But we can’t do it without you!

Expect a festive feast of

• Market stalls & food trucks

• Live music & stage entertainment

• Santa’s Cave & face painting

• Amusements, games, and even a petting zoo!

Event details

• Saturday 5th December

• Event set-up shifts: 2-4-hour shifts between 10am – 2pm

• Event shifts: 3–4-hour shifts between 1:30pm – 7:30pm

• Pack-up shift: 7pm–9pm

How can you help?

We’ve got a variety of roles to suit every personality:

• Set-up & pack-down volunteers, including heavy lifting

• Christmas decorations & festive flair (think roaming Elves and Fairies!)

• Face painters & game hosts (hello, Pluck-a-Duck!)

• Santa’s Cave assistants

• Raffle ticket sales

• Traffic management, visitor directions

No experience necessary – just bring your Christmas cheer and team spirit. Whether you can help for one 3-hour shift, or the whole day, we’d love to have you onboard.
