Inclusion Melbourne

Logo for Inclusion Melbourne

Inclusion Melbourne is a participant in the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS); a national program that aims to enrich the quality of life of older people and enhance their social connectedness.

As a volunteer, you will be making a real difference by: • Spending time with participants engaged in shared interest activities • Providing companionship and support • Reducing the social isolation and loneliness experienced by some older people.

Terry enjoys watching videos on YouTube and talking about steam trains, he is also very interested in psychology. Terry would enjoy meeting with a warm, caring, reliable and empathetic volunteer with good communication skills to spend time talking, going out for short walks and playing games on his iPad, with the ability to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits.
