The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS) is a government funded program to combat social isolation and helps to develop social connections for older persons still living in their own home.

Ageing with Grace believe that social connections are essential to the well-being of older people. We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, friendly Volunteer Visitors to spend time with older people who are at risk of social isolation and loneliness.

We are searching for friendly, engaging Volunteer Visitors that are 18 years of age or older. This volunteer position requires a kind heart, compassion and reliability.
