The role requires a firm yet empathetic approach. They are often the first person that community members will have contact with and therefore a compassionate approach is needed for those who may be experiencing embarrassment or shame with needing to utilise the Food Bank service. The numbers Record Keeper, together with the Food Bank Manger and other Volunteers will share a culture of service to the community and each other. Team – Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the orderly flow of the Food Bank service. Organisational relationships - Reports to: Food Bank Manager, Norlane Community Centre Coordinator or Office Manager.
