Community Captain/Bookings Coordinator

You will be our point of contact for enquiries and bookings. The position will require you to complete the following tasks: Create Events and Shifts required in Better Impact. Liaise with individuals/ groups that have booked rides, manage any cancellations. Monitor Pilot requirements against availability - checking all pilot shifts are filled. Send out email reminders for the week ahead. Manages Better Impact usage Engage with the local community to recruit volunteer Pilots. Coordinate on publicity for local events with CWAA. Coordinate with CWAA on relevant events with the Chapter. Ensure currency of social media presence for the Chapter. Manage the scheduling of Rides in Better Impact. Email bookings and communication with Passengers. Ensure Pilots Requirements and Qualifications are current
