Our orgnaistion has in excess of 40 local volunteers and our boat is out on the water 4 days per week during school term running up to 6 programs every week. We are seeking a Volunteer Crew Coordinator to ensure we have enough crew with experience on each program sail. Your customer service, IT skills and previous experience with youth will be advantageous for this role.

Volunteers are welcomed into a beautiful culture where we willingly share knowledge and bring enjoyment to the young people with a disability and or at disadvantage through our sailing programs. Volunteers are provided with a uniform and have the opportunity to learn new skills through our training program.
