Volunteer Multimedia Animation Designer

The Role We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic animator and/or motion graphics designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, global team to inspire people around the world to make a better future. You'll work with our multimedia team to create a variety of motion graphics (and edit live-action videos), for our social media and YouTube channels. Your efforts will enrich our video content and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Your experience

• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator).
• At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Motion Design or Digital Design role.
• Experience creating engaging content within specific guidelines.
• Experience working with data visualisation and content layouts, or character animation.
• Ability to work from brief to completion, including mood boards, storyboards and style frames.
• Interactive web video experience and knowledge of web-based applications are a bonus.

Ideally, you should have

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English (preferred).
• A passion for sustainability.
• A collaborative team player mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
