Role description:

The Shop Assistant carries out a key role covering many tasks, including: • Set up and pack up flags, signs etc. (see ‘opening up /closing up’ section) • Greet and speak to customers and assist them where necessary - the most important task of all! • Cleaning - as needed. • Sorting and tidying. • Pricing or re-pricing of new items on the floor. • Assist with online sales pick-ups. • Run errands. • Back-up person for counter sales

Qualifications / skills required: • Personable • Friendly & cheerful • Eager to assist with customer enquiries • Work closely with the Cashier • Able to do a variety of jobs as needed
