Why This Matters

Men’s groups play a vital role in wellbeing—especially for those who may not always seek connection on their own. By volunteering, you’re not just helping run a group—you’re fostering friendships, lifting spirits, and supporting the wellbeing of men who benefit enormously from connection.

The Best Bit

You’ll be part of a relaxed, friendly group where good humour, great stories, and genuine connection thrive. Every session brings small wins—shared jokes, new interests, or a moment where someone opens up and feels seen. You will be guided in your role by the site's Therapy team with ongoing support from our Volunteer Services Team.

About you:

This role suits someone who is friendly, patient, and enjoys being part of a positive, community focused group.
