HA is a registered charity dedicated to helping people live compassionate, ethical and fulfilling lives without religion. We do this via our five programs: campaigns, ceremonies, communities, engagement, and wellbeing. Our members are non-religious people who align with our nine values: compassion, community, reason, diversity, integrity, resolve, culture, environment and forgiveness.
Objectives
- Increase the number of members who renew their membership after their credit card expires
- Reduce the number of members who are not in good standing financially
- Grow our membership base
Key duties
- Notify members of upcoming annual payments
- Contact members with failing payments to encourage them to renew
- Provide statistics on membership numbers for the monthly board reports
- Answer enquiries from members
- Work with the CEO and other team members to inspire people to become members of HA
- Contribute ideas about any of our programs in online discussions with other team members
Skills and qualities required
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good technical skills. Our technical stack includes Zoom, GSuite (Google Drive and Gmail), Supporter Hub for membership management and Slack for instant messaging. Training will be provided as required.
