To give you a rough idea about the role, we provide full on-the-job training and on-going support

• Sorting and categorising incoming donations
• Pricing, hanging, and arranging stock for display
• Displaying stock on shop floor and doing displays
• Replenishing shop displays using surplus items from the backroom
• Processing sales through POS system (cash and eftpos transactions)
• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• General housekeeping tasks
• Coordinating returns to be sent back to the Warehouse (labeling bags)
• Ensuring backroom remains tidy and organised
