Kitchen Assistant/Pack Up Crew

The Kitchen Assistants will assist the lead cook to prepare the two course meals, with dish washing included. The shift runs from 9.30am to 11.30am.
The Pack Up Crew works from 11.30am to 1.30pm. The role involves set up and pack up of tables, chairs gazebo. clothing table and beverage table. Serving of lunch and dish washing is also part of the role.
