You don’t need to be a professional musician—just bring your passion for music and a love of connecting with others. Play or sing for our residents at HammondCare Scone, who love clapping, singing along, and enjoying live music of all kinds. We welcome every style, from classical and jazz to country, rock’n’roll, and popular hits from the 1930s onwards. It’s all about creating joyful, memorable moments together! 🎵😊🎸

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
