Knitting Group Volunteer

Do you enjoy knitting? mecwacare is currently seeking a volunteer to assist our small group of aged care residents to work on their own knitting projects whilst giving them the perfect opportunity to chat and connect while creating.

Volunteering with our social support lifestyle programs will enable you to volunteer alongside our qualified staff who will offer you guidance and mentoring, while fulfilling your desire to support older people to live and age well in the community.

Caring is at the heart of everything we do. mecwacare is proudly a not-for-profit, non-denominational charitable organisation that has been supporting the elderly and people with a disability in the Victorian community since 1959.
