- Provision of verbal directions to locations across the campus.
- Provision of escort to locations across the campus.
- Take guidance from the reception staff in assisting patients and visitors to the Hospital.
- Wearing identifying clothing while performing duties of a hospital guide including uniform shirt provided, and appropriate closed in and non-slip sole shoes.
- Contribute and maintain a good relationship with fellow colleagues, staff, and members of the public.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Escalate any issues observed to the reception staff in the area or Volunteer Services Manager.
